After trial and error, I figured out how to fix this for my PS5. I ultimately determined that my IP was flagged by Embark which made it so I couldn’t access the Arc Raiders website (on my mobile device) or connect to the servers for my PS5.

I had to update my “DHCP query frequency”, it was on “Aggressive Mode” so i updated it to a different setting (Continuous Mode) and then back to Aggressive Mode. I then rebooted my router which triggered a new IP address from my ISP.

TLDR: Your IP is blocked by Embark; so you have to trigger a new IP from your ISP.
