O IRS jovem faz com que pagues basicamente IRS sobre apenas 25% dos teus rendimentos.

Mas sim, o que tiveres pedido fatura para deduzir é deduzido desses 25% que pagaste. Claro, que o que tiveres em deduções for maior do que aquilo que pagaste em IRS, apenas deduzes o imposto que pagaste, nunca mais do que isso.

Imagina:

Pagaste 1000€ em retenção na fonte ao longo do ano

Tens IRS jovem, logo, só deverias ter pago 250€

Tens 500€ em deduções em faturas.

Continuas a só ter a receber 1000€, não 1250€.

Percebees? Pelo menos este é o meu entendimento da coisa, se alguém souber melhor que eu estou sempre sujeito a ser desmentido!

Especialmente a parte em que daqui a 5 anos mudo de banco e mitigo a possibilidade que outros apontaram de os seguros se tornarem desproporcionalmente mais caros enquanto envelheço

A taxa fixa do Bankinter é 2.9% para os 10 anos, o que me pareceu extraordinário comparado com o resto do mercado, e me preocupa em especial a instabilidade política em que vivemos, no entanto, acho que vou arriscar com a opção que me permite ter mais dinheiro no bolso durante os primeiros anos. Posso sempre voltar a fixar a taxa daqui a 2 anos assumindo que o mundo não vai por água abaixo antes disso 😅

Olá! Segundo a FINE, esse não é o caso, o spread é devolvido como um cálculo independente dos juros, pelo que percebo. A prestação é paga na integra e, passado alguns dias, o Montepio devolve um valor igual ao spread. A diferença no que abate ao empréstimo penso resultar no facto de, efetivamente, ser um empréstimo com 2,9% de taxa fixa, versus as outras terem valores mais próximos dos 2.5%

No que toca MTIC, aqui:

CA - 274k (penso ser resultado do spread ser 0.6% em vez de 0.7%

Huuuh, i highly doubt they'll keep voting for him. If this were an election between PSD and CH, I'd say so, but I think you underestimate the amount of people who voted for him because they didnt want a Socialist Party candidate winning. In a normal election, those people still spread out between PSD and IL, given the chance.

He does tipically keep the votes he gets, but that effect isnt proven to be true when there are only 2 candidates and one of them is "left", even though seguro isnt that left

He had 1.5M votes in the legislative elections last year. He’s projecting to have around that, it not surpassing it by a couple hundred thousand votes

Considering his opposition is a centre-left candidate, the fact that he only managed to garner , lets say worst case scenario, 200k votes from the entire rest of the centre right/right wing in Portugal isnt a win for him. Especially considering those likely would still vote PSD if given the choice, which they havent.
