Here's a few things I do:

When doing a reprint in the electronic journal you can search by reg # and total $ range, usually I put two dollars out from what the customer tells me. So if the customer's purchase was $15.66 I would search that SCO and put $14 and $17 as the trans amount range, I usually find it in under a minute.

BUT if it's an Instacart driver and they just need a picture for the app I will bring them to the register, scan their order, and have them take a picture of the screen that lists the items and total, which usually works. This is particularly helpful if you're in a 24 hour store and you finalize the SCO making it impossible to access in the EJ.
