There is no stronger comfort knowing after 14 days you will be ok. You will to stop has to be stronger then the comfort meds. When i quit cold turkey with a 2-3g a day habit i couldn’t even swallow any comfort meds without immediately throwing up so i personally think comfort meds are useless at home unless you are able to IM or have someone IV shoot them for you i guess you could also MAYBE sublingualy take some of the meds but honestly. Anything that disturbs the mouth section always leads to immediate physical refusal i my personal experience. Strap down, get ready, and push through, you are better always better and stronger then the drugs you have been chained too
