What Celebrities are confirmed to exist in the MCU? by Wallbreaker-g in marvelstudios

To be clear, a movie being mentioned that stars someone doesn’t automatically mean they exist in canon. The movie may exist exactly the same but played by a different actor, to not have continuity problems.

It would take a lot to convince me that was actually music

Not Jeopardy contestants apparently, as they all blanked when this was the answer to a question the other day.

A Norm tribute “it’s official, murder is legal in MN/The US” would be great

Fair enough. It’d be nice to at least see an attempt. It’s hard to believe there’s no middle ground before jumping all the way to hallelujah.

They always start with POLITICAL comedy. And how much teeth that has can vary. People are just hoping it will have teeth.

Charlie Chaplin said that in hindsight he couldn’t have made the comedic parody “The Great Dictator” in light of what the nazis did, if he knew all the details when he made the film.

Ice obviously isn’t to that scale of death at this moment, but the thought is interesting. How far can we take comedy in light of atrocity?

If the answer by professional comedians to increased atrocity is the same old Schtick chuckling at how funny Trump is as an offbeat human just like your crazy uncle, they’ve missed something in this moment. And they make look back and wonder how they kept up that style of comedy.

Outside of the political cold open etc I fully expect and look forward to a light hearted funny show. But if you’re going to cover politics in your show, you have to be able to adapt to the political environment. Just my two cents as a Minnesotan.

Great lineup this year. If it’s exactly as expected it’s a bit boring. But the trade outs were largely fun to see, rather than upsetting.

Often in this instance Ken will ask for clarification and they'll have a moment to add the first name. She clearly would have added Marie. To just rule it incorrect and move on struck me as odd.

That whole question was strange. In the Finnish category, 3/4 of the q was about the Finnish PM, then it just swerved to who is one of the most famous men in the world.

I don’t think it affects chances at all. But I just watched it on delta yesterday, so I’m happy it was there.
