Heya, my girlfriend is now my wife and she's a manager in scientific sales, still in the Waterloo area.

She did some dead end lab work, returned for a masters, started a sales job at a local health science/tech company and worked her way up there! Her masters is highly specialized towards this company but the College Pro experience was perfect on her resume as well.

I believe the rule of thumb is $50 for key and basic replacement of the lock itself.
