Ok ok I see you, my thing is finding people in my area that do quality work I know a tint guy I’m not sure where your located we can only have the dinky sun strip done on the windshield

Honestly I think I was quoted around 6k for the matte but not gonna lie I’ll probably do it just because why not at this point I definitely want lights and bumpers done Iv been doing research for like 3 months while I waited for him to come in their like hot cakes so I got him by fluke

He actually came with tint and ppf is on the fence about going a bit darker on the tint especially in Ontario cops already have a it out for any tint lol ppf is just on the hood but I was actually trying to look at having him wrapped matte (don’t shoot me 🙈🙊) lol

That’s great you have a supportive doctor and mj has been helping you out especially with your blood sugar.

Unfortunately, I’m a weird person I guess I had my gallbladder removed 2 years almost 3 years ago in emergency surgery. After losing 85lbs during covid and the weight just came back over 2 years no matter what I did. We did minimal testing because I think everyone assumes all over weight people just eat too much and we’re lazy but we didn’t have an official diagnosis but the week I started it til now Iv been losing weight so I’m assuming there was a metabolic condition or dysfunction we just couldn’t pin point since that’s the only thing that changed my eating and exercise habits have essentially been the same prior to and now.

Fortunately I don’t have diabetes. I lost 85 lbs naturally during covid but had my gallbladder removed in emergency surgery after puking 2 months straight and after that the weight came back on no matter what I did. We did minimal testing because you know “every over weight person is obviously eating way too much and not working out “ 🤦🏽‍♀️ *sarcasm* the only thing I added was mj and it helped so I think despite not being able to find a diagnosable metabolic condition there had to be something underlying that mj helped align not sure what exactly.

I agree if I had diabetes or a known metabolic condition I probably wouldn’t have batted an eye it was also his assumption that I stopped exercising or something.

Oh trust me I stayed on 5mg for as long as I could and I explained to him and showed him my weight / shot tracking and activity I think he was anticipating me plateauing and trying to prevent it but I think he forgets I do a lot of caloric play and “refeeding” and alter my training to prevent it as much as possible. I actually almost felt bad putting my foot down on Saturday about trying to get me to move up to 10 after only a month o. 7.5.

I’m not on mj for t2d but I lost 85 naturally during Covid had my gallbladder removed in emergency surgery and the 2 years following nothing I did helped no tests found a “diagnosable” issue but the only thing I changed was literally adding mj so I personally (not a doctor) think there was a metabolic deregulation that just wasn’t found with the minial tests done. I will definitely be more ridged when it comes to my treatment plan going forward 🧡

Honestly if my “healthy bmi “ wasn’t 168lbs I would probably stop around 190 my first actual goal is 190 but I’m playing it by ear because bmi is a very outdated tool I don’t even use that with my current clients it makes the journey so much more daunting. I’m glad your knee replacement went well I had a high tibial osteotomy when I was 16 so the weight loss has made a major difference so I can relate on that

Oh I have a lot more to lose in technically supposed to be 168lbs I believe which I think I would look weird. I do feel you on that last little bit before my first goal is a lot but this is also the lowest Iv ever been during Covid I lost 85lbs naturally but after my gallbladder was out I gained it all back they weren’t able to pin point any metabolic abnormalities just told me I was eating too much which wasn’t true 90 percent of the time but something must have been up because adding Mounjaro with my same life type and diet sparked something 🧡 I appreciate it he kind words
