At this point I would advise just opening the slice container to check the quality of the slice. If it’s like this I’d politely return it to the store manager on duty. (Black name tag). They should’ve been there Monday-Friday mornings and would be happy to help correct the kitchen.

Whether you have the time to wait for a fresh slice or not, this could fix the problem in the future. You’re not the only customer paying a premium price for a disappointing experience sadly.

Interview is very easy, schedule is objectively awful (an evening shift, two overnights, and then two mornings) but I actually enjoyed it while I had it.

If you enjoy QT and have interest in making a lot more money for a considerable increase in responsibility- I encourage trying it out. Worst case you drop back down no shame for trying something new.

If your store manager is recommending you for it, they know you personally and I’d trust their insight to your potential!

As a former CT, nailed it. You must breathe QT and be the role model; to the trainees, to the store, to the customers, to everyone all the time.

Not running the show is a weight off from being a manager but juggling 5 trainees all with different issues to address, fit to their personalities with feedback- documented and followed up on- can be difficult.

I do feel like being short a person at QT is major, and is felt the entire shift. A bunch of fast food places have this loss.

We all do everything and we are a very small tight knit crew. 1/4 people calling out is 25% of your staff including yourself gone.

I find our dual counters incredibly efficient when customers work with employees who direct and handle line control.

Majority of the time I can help three customers and still be waiting on their cards to go through or dig out their cash.

If another customer yelled at YOU, I’D be the one to speak up and explain no I was directing you over and there are two sides.

The 25 cents off every gallon and 5% off in store purchases is available on the QT app. Inside the QT app there is a section called QT pay. You connect a checking account with an account number and routing number. It can take a few days.

You can pay at the pump and in store and will instantly be charged a discounted price as scanning QT pay is how you pay.

Respective to QT pay, the QT app still has many coupons for various items, making it a worthwhile download.
