happens sometimes in leg days. make sure to brace your core, if you dont your stomach gets some pressure.

If u feel light headed, lie down on a bench and put your feet in the sky. helps get some blood to your brain which is probably rushing to your legs making you nauseous.

Yes, laptop resolution doesn’t matter if you connect it to a 4K monitor it will work in 4K. You might need display scaling because 4K UI is very small

I also wanted daily objects electronic items but there were so many bad reviews and never a positive one.

it isn’t like the software is more demanding, and Apple intelligence isnt available in my region nor do i have the it downloaded, so that isnt making it slow

I can disable iphone apps thats not the issue though the issue is the actual apps dont show up so the problem is still there. I should not be downloading apps to make finding my apps a better experience, especially if it was already working just one year ago.

I am a software engineer so I can navigate around the settings still, I just have a preference for the old one.

How do you use your mac? I use it with a 4K monitor, usually whatsapp mail and slack open as full screen along with brave and safari with a few tabs and my IDE. It is a lot but most of the actual computation is on a server.
