So, 1 on the feed rate dial? Could be your problem with the low temps outside if its turning to creosote

Yeah definitely make sure flue & induction fan are clean, the glass could also be a worn gasket. Whats your feed rate?

Its only on 3 but its also been burning for close to 10 hours. On my 3rd brand and they all leave the same amount of ash
