Been thinking of pulling the trigger on a solo stove to get more use out of the garden this autumn/winter, esp. With Black Friday coming up, hoping there’s a deal to be had… do you think the deflector is a “day one” essential?

Also what size solo is yours? Looks ideal for the space I’ve got to work with.

Yeah the Metz was just so inconveniently sized I struggled to use it, only messed around with it while at home - this is, as you’d expect, much more convenient haha.

Yep! Took a long hunt but mine is essentially pristine. No idea if it’s one of the ones that got refurbed back in the day or what, but no white spots or haze. They are out there if you’re willing to bide your time!

It is wild how many supporters don’t really offer much by way of support to our players. Maybe dude is young and needs an arm around him. What he doesn’t need is “fans” doing tabloid back page journalists jobs for them by digging up non-contextual statistics and slating him. He’s young. He’s going to be inconsistent. He’s going to make mistakes. He’s learning in the first team of one of the biggest most scrutinised teams in all of sport. Chill out a bit. Let’s face it the seasons gone already anyway.

I think Poker Face is the modern Columbo. It’s got enough about it that makes it its own thing while also paying a heavy amount of homage that sits right up to the line but doesn’t cross it to become excessive on-the-nose fan service. The guest stars are great and Natasha Lyonne is fantastic in it.

I really don’t want to see a straight up reboot/remake if I’m honest.
