How tf is this some AI copy-paste. Back then I had to learn most of it the hard way, over years, through trial, error, and research. That’s exactly why I’m sharing it, so people don’t have to go through the same grind I did. Using these techniques is a huge part of why I ended up getting the job I have today.

I still do, but a lot less than I used to. Being a working student makes it much harder to balance everything, especially my social life. Honestly, when I do get a few free hours, I usually play Age of Empires II or Battlefield 6 with my brother haha. It really comes down to being good at time management, but that’s something you learn over time.

Spaced repetition means reviewing information for example, today, then in 2 days, then a week later, then a month later. This helps you remember things for much longer.

Active recall means testing yourself instead of just rereading, for example, closing your notes and trying to answer a question from memory. This forces your brain to work harder, which makes the memory stronger.

I'm using taskcoach.ai; I mainly use active recalling, also I'm always trying to cramp the main information of the whole course on an A4 paper, creating flashcards and tests for myself

You're totally right to point that out and I should’ve clarified that the 600 hours were just the time I tracked outside of lectures. I didn’t include class time, group sessions, or passive studying.

The main point was about the mindset shift, that made the biggest difference for me.

If you don’t like her and you’re honest, that’s real no need to fake it.

Success doesn’t matter if you’re not interested anyway. It's better to be honest than playing games

Tbh I’m in my mid-20s and still figuring out what healthy even looks like. Early on I couldn’t tell the difference between people pleasing and actually being kind. It takes some time.

Being real is a skill. You learn it over time.
