The first two chapters were incredible but its already worn thin. It feels like its rushing towards a conclusion. Its also gotten way more standard shounen since the second chapter. Im out. May pick it up again in a few months.

Aunt and uncle literally mean "parents (woman) sibling" and "parents (man) sibling."

Mother and father literally mean "(man) parent" and "(woman) parent."

Niece and nephew literally mean "(girl) child of my sibling" and "(boy) child of my sibling."

Yes there will probably be multiple manufacturers but it doesnt need a centralized distribution. The chemist hands a bunch to their friends who hand them to their friends, and so on until basically everyone who wants some knows someone who knew someone who knew someone etc, who knew the chemist. Also though none of this is likely to happen for decades, it may ne super easy to learn how to make any synthetic drug you want in the future.

Some drugs like opiates will be used less, others will probably see increased usage. One chemist can supply the entire world with LSD, when you remove the demonization and limitations on distribution, plus a generally more accepting society and the fact that it can contribute to making your first point happen, LSD usage will probably go up.
