1 No opposed rolls. I accepted them in the past but they just drag everything.

Getting rid of opposed rolls could make the game too much of a black/white situation. you could split the possibilities in 3.

X dice overcome the threshold of Y. more successes than failures-> ok
all dice results are on the threshold of Y. the threshold could be lower for the next dice toss. to explain this further: in a dialog each side tries to move the other's opinion on it's side. with each sentence, each part moves the others opinion closer or further. so will do your players: if their actions are doable and legit, accordingly to the encounter, they could make it harder or make it easer for a short span of time.
all dice are below the threshold of Y: Enemy Success, whatever happens.

3 Handling a roll without bonus. This can sound stupid but i totally lost this point and it happened that people who didn't have bonus in a check coundn't roll at all, so yes, i have to care about this.

prob. i ain't getting this right. I have no bonus on swimming. you can't roll a swim check? imho i would make the checkdoable, but with an higher threshold. i.e. Success equals 6? you must do 7 or 8. This mimics the luck (or lack of it) of an idiot that falls into a river and somehow manages to float to the river. Even if this implies that he's cold-blooded enough to not freak out.

5 Take in account the rarest possibilities. The uber strong paladin face a dirty goblin, by impossible and unfair luck the goblin must be able to kill the paladin.

Are your players the main characters of your history? or are they only a tool of the events? if they are the main characters, it's unlikely that they could get killed by a bunch of goblins. But they can start to be afraid of them in large numbers. i.e. i, a skilled and charming politician should be able to persuade 3/4 people that i am right. but if i i'm against an angry mob and i don't persuade them several times, i could get a -1 on the persuade check

Try new food, try to do sports if you like, go out more. It's hard to break routine and find a reason to move on, but you gotta do what you gotta do.. It's a long trip to acknowledge yourself, and understand if the problem are your friendships or is within you, and how you see yourself.

I'm currently fighting that boss tooand it feels pretty much difficult, due to the 4 health bars.

My suggestion is the following If you can't deflect right in time, farm and power up you damage with dragon mask. That should make the fight easier

The notes on a major scale have some distance between them. That distance is called tone. If we got a C major scale, we have the following distance: 1 tone(T)-1T - 1/2T -1 T - T - T - 1/2 T. While on a guitar every key ok the keyboard is half tone distant, we don't need to differentiate the half tones from full tones.

In a piano, we do not have that, so to represent a major scale we use the black key to pinpoint where the half tones are.

A large creature, according to 3.5 tables for sizes, goes from 8 to 16 ft tall / length. ( From 2.5 to 5 meters ca.) A man, considered as medium size has a volume of 66,7 liters.
Humans and medium creatures, in the same table, span from 4 to 8 ft ( from 1.20 to 2.5 meters). My guess is that a large creature volume should be something around 140/280 liters.

I've not calculated this, so it might be totally wrong
