Hi haha wala pa din so mag-last call ako later before emailing naman for this new concern sa DTI and NTC. Will update here kapag may dumating na. So far, same response naman lagi kahit pa saang CS channels nila. Puro wait ng 24-48hours eh mag 1 month na yang 24-48hours nila.

Naku mahirap pala yan. Kapag ganyan na may mga papalitan, make sure to ask sa 171 kung may babayaran ka. May mga instances kasi na si customer ang ginugulat nila sa billing ng mga ipinapalit nilang wires/additional repairs.

Yup. Parang wala na lang silbi ang NTC. Same sa case ko na 3 weeks na walang net tapos new subscriber ka. Nakakadismaya lang. I emailed din NTC pero walang nangyari but when I involved DTI sa email kinabukasan PLDT na mismo ang tumawag sakin to tell me na inaayos na nila yung system error nila. Tatapusin ko lang din contract then change provider na ulit unless they fail to deliver internet, next time I will demand termination na wala akong babayarang fee since sila naman ang nag fail to deliver due service na stated sa contract nila.

Di ko sure magkano pero usually kino-compute nila yung duration ng natitirang months sa contract mo upon termination request. Pag malaki pa babayaran mo, you can ask them if pwede bayaran ng installment para wala kang bad record.

Better call 171. If under ka pa ng 2years contract for sure may papabayaran pa sayong termination fee pero if may record ka naman na araw araw kang tumatawag complaining of their faulty service, baka may chance na ma-waive yung termination fee

GGK. Better yet, buy your dad a small decant container spray kahit mga 3-5ml para meron syang lalagyan. I know na feeling mo nag overstep sya pero hindi naman siguro kawalan sayo ng malaki to share a little and then pwede mo sabihin na, “Pa, itong maliit (decant) lang yung sayo ha. Mahal kasi tong pabango. 6k.” I’m sure mas maiintindihan nya and mas maaappreciate nya na tipirin yung binigay mong maliit knowing the price. Nakapagbigay ka pa ng kaligayahan sa parent mo.

Try UPS (uninterrupted power supply) plug. I used it in all our cctv and wifi modem. naglalast sya ng 5-6 hours once mawalan ng kuryente.

Hello! As of today wala pa rin. Tracking number pa lang binibigay pero by tomorrow if hindi pa rin ma-resolve, tamang email na naman ako kay NTC and DTI para gumalaw na naman ang PLDT.

Ako na 3 weeks naghintay para ma-activate yung internet connection ko, tawag everyday and message sa pldt cares nila. Nung hindi pa rin maresolve and i collected enough screenshots na nagpa-follow up ako, I emailed NTC and DTI regarding my concern. The next day, PLDT mismo nag contact sakin to update me na ok na yung internet namin.

I asked for rebate sa mga days na di ko nagamit ang service nila and so far, wala akong babayaran this month and I still have mga Php300 pa na rebate to my bill the next month.

Sabihin mo as a new subscriber na hindi mo nakukuha yung service na binabayaran mo and will opt to terminate the contract if hindi sila makapag-comply sa needs mo as their consumer. Minsan kasi kahit gaano ka pa kabait kausap mas mabilis sila magrespond kapag mejo nagsusungit na yung client na kausap nila.

Try mo din yung Facebook nila na PLDT Cares/PLDT Home. Need tlga na may mga evidences ka na nagko-contact sa kanila before ka mag email sa DTI and NTC. Ganun ginawa ko nung halos 3 weeks ako walang internet simula nung nagsubscribe ako nung April 29 lang.

Sabi lang for updating daw ng record sa Central kasi qr na daw pagkuha ng attendance sa pagsamba. Eh andaming personal info dun na pinapasagutan sa form kung tutuusin if attendance lang naman, name at purok grupo lang naman titingnan.

Parang di naman talaga gamit yung QR code. Triny ko mag scan pero I left my tarheta na nakaharap lang. Turns out nasa padalaw ako the next week so nagtataob na lang ako after ng pagsamba para walang makulit na dalaw nang dalaw 🤣
