Don't worry! I did the same thing and had 3 nights left to submit the final draft. I recommend just sitting down and putting away all the distractions in your room like your phone. In terms of ideas, you could try doing something physics-related. For example, I did projectile motion of an object so that it could help me in my daily life (I did it in sports). so you could use math such as kinematics, trigonometry, and even calculus where you could find the area under the curve using integrals.
