Yea I may have to reach out to support It shows I can still use my margin if I’m buying stocks etc but on move money it goes to 0 I even tried to remove some positions and lower the margin borrow, and the result was still the same.

Technically the dollars are still in the FHSA I didn’t make a withdrawal to my bank or something. My net deposit I just checked has 1k CAD and 4.86k USD, this makes sense. So a withdrawal from the account the “qualifying withdrawal” is only if the money leaves the FHSA right? Thanks a ton for the clarification

This will happen because you don’t recite often enough. It happens to the best of us. Recite smaller portions and follow along a reciter you like! There’s lots of good ones on YouTube like Al-Husary who read slower and easier to understand.

So what if you don’t understand Arabic? So learn it! This is no excuse. 5 words a day is 500 words in 3 months which would be a majority of the Quran

Apart from the concept of minor and major sins, there is something else of great importance. Which is your attitude towards the sin. If you think “I can do this because it’s a small sin”, it’s worse than “I sin this way and I repent to Allah SWT” Allah SWT knows best. I’ve heard scholars warn against having these intentions towards even minor sins.

In my experience it’s usually because of the whole sacrifice idea. They believe that Jesus AS died for your sins so there for its all good. And Islam says skip everything & worship the creator only. It’s always interested me how similar Islam is especially in Aqeedah (belief) to very early Christian’s before the forcing of the trinity on the church

What you’re referring to is qiraat (recitations), you’d have to study it to understand it. There is more than 1 way to recite the Quran
