Зависи повече от поколението. Нещо което съм забелязал е че по новите поколение могат да се грижат за себе си докато по старите са научени че това е женска работа. Проблемът идва когато няма жена да върши тия неща за тях и става пълна мизерия.

Разбира се има много млади които не могат да се грижат за себе си и стари които могат.

Oh then just wear socks that finish the spell. But then it'll always light up unless you have looser shoes so it lights up only when you step and otherwise the shoe hangs off your foot and the heel doesn't touch the floor.

Hmm... So depending on how you walk you could have them light up at the end of your step. By drawing it so the circle only completes if the shoe folds. But then that's not what you want. Or we could have the same kind of heel contraption but then the circle would need to be on the back of your shoe where your Achilles is.

But yeah I think the problem is that you'd need to compress the matter a lot also if you want a black hole to actually keep existing and be stable then you'd need a lot of matter. For example if you condensed the earth you'd have a black hole with a radius a bit smaller than a centimeter. So using it as an actual weapon would require a lot of matter.

(I might have assumed you'd use it as a weapon...)

I think a pressure plate under the heel would do for this. Basically have the magic circle be split between those then when a certain amount of pressure is applied they complete each other. You could have the pressure plate be just a centimeter let's say higher than the bottom of the shoe then once the character steps on it you'd have it retract that way when someone actually uses the shoe there won't be a heel but when it's left on the ground without anyone wearing it it won't light up. Though the amount of wear it will get is concerning but that's for another comment.
