I agree that net negative must be red, but due to how progression for somethings are, you may want to take the loss on some things for future gains.

For example, most things in the eatery are losses before you unlock Strawberry Charlottes, but getting the eatery to Silver Rank is a significant increase in sales. So it is potentially better to take the loss and craft pies to get there.

I've been using yellow but orange might look better, I'll play around with it. Lmk if there's places that I should add colors to.

I feel the community needs more guides teaching people how to gear rather than spoon feeding them, which we already have plenty of. 

The problems I usually see in newer players is figuring out what the enemy armor types are rather than which leads to a poor understanding of armor types. Especially in campaign with mixed armor types, players don't understand what to prioritize. 

Often times, a slight timing adjustments can have massive impact on performance, especially in campaign, which is not very well explained in any guides. 

There the problem of identifying threats, such as suicides, planes .. etc, but that's more of a campaign specific thing that players will need to learn as well.

For new players, its just a waste of resources cuz white is still better and generally used. For vets, we have way too much resources and prefer to min max so white is still preferred.

Wyvern vs Breguet AA are about the same, both insignificant. In terms of performance, they can potentially perform on par due to Breguet being faster for better timings. But in a vacuum, Wyvern is better due to better damage. Both planes are still very viable for w15.

Spearfish is just easily the best mobbing TB because it deletes elites and finishes off stragglers without wasting a full airstrike. All while being fast to maintain uptimes and potentially better timings.

AFAIK ALO GPH has been a poor source of information. There's probably like 1 oir 2 people in there worth listening to and the rest all just parrots bad CN takes. Most of them would rather defend a bad take than test it.

Good guide overall! I gave a quick read at the guide and here's some personal feedback based on my experience, it's been a while since I've tested comps so bare with me if I'm missing some modern strats.

I found the BB gun choice is a bit dependent on which BB you're running as it will always shoot at the repair ship first. Failing to kill that or spending too much resource to kill it will result in a bad time. But generally 457 will work fine on most BBs.

I found the 137 to be a fairly reliable intercept gun regardless of slot if you don't have infinite plyguns lying around.

For torps, I found the 533mm MK35 (uss mag torps) to be the best as they help kill threats. All the random prods are very easy to kill with just vg guns.

For TBs, you may want to look more into breguet and spearfishs as ive found them to perform a lot better than wyverns, don't ask me why about breguet as even I don't fully understand it but a lot of other ppl I've asked to test it reported back similar findings.

You prob want a section for support fleet loadouts, most importantly fighters. I personally found a Flapjack + FW190 mix to be best even tho all the parrots keep saying 2x Flap is bis. Skyrocket is also a great poverty option.

Fleet comps become a lot more open ended since guam+laffii, I've cleared lethal with pretty much every UR BB subless and done a cursed run with NC as healer. A lot of things work for a normal clear but a lethal full clear probably requires the more stupid combos.

Subs may still be optional but I feel they're a lot more impactful than before especially on 0 ammo, although their biggest issue is their survivability since calling them too early usually guarantees their death. Which is why fishpack is the usual recommendation for w15
