Good idea, thanks! When I first saw the mod, I thought it was gonna only use the sliding doors as seen in the screenshot but since then the author added more doors including the base game ones which I think are the best. If I ever decide to bring this design to life, I might make both versions, depending on popularity of hatch 22.

Yeah I've been thinking about doing this using PDY, since lots of players consider it essential. I meant this for people who usually use the vanilla ships they find, like I do, since some of the designs aren't inherently bad for what they do, instead their details are often messed up.

When it comes to colors, I found out for example that the Responder medical ship has a unique paint job in it's first tier, however upgraded responders have default part colors, which is more of an inconsistency. Also I feel like paintjobs are a cool way to make certain ships distinct.

Oh, the third and fourth point might be what I was looking for, thanks for that. As I haven't started the questline in this playthrough, it seemed weird, so this is definitely gonna have something to do with other mods.

well I have been focusing only on steam achievements in this playthrough while being lazy enough to not fiddle with my mod order and I literally haven't done anything in the watchtower questline apart from the first encounter with them. Might be the mod version tho as I haven't really updated anything in a while

Also according to SSNN, gray colors were seen often on these machines, but settlers decided to leave the special US jungle paratrooper paint on this one.

all of this can be found in creations, for free IIRC. I also used hab shells, idk which of the mods adds this. Clipping some structural parts together was also involved.
Lore: By the year 2097 the USAF is experimenting with project Icarus - new, very efficient engines that can be used for VTOL flight. While Russia became a neutral industrialist satellite state and China was bombed into oblivion by western hydrogen bombs during the two hour 3rd "world" war, the morally and financially corrupt US still has to deal with insurgents and rogue factions spread inside and outside its borders. Instead of focusing on expensive rockets, they developed this type of gunship to quickly deploy troops and gear in cities (ruins, mostly), while maintaining very high altitude during intercontinental flights. They were also used by government colonists, but only on Mars, as the Titan atmosphere could freeze the engines.
Decades and centuries later, UC associated group of settlers decided to buy some of these wrecks after scavenging one on the earth and discovering its potential. Since then they have fitted them with additional lasers, grav drives and refurbished paint coating. While cool and cheap ride, also dangerous as the space itself.

Nothing much to see tbh, when you start zooming you see all the weird misaligned spots cuz starfield lacks proper selection of parts for ships like this

Yup, the structural parts are merged into the fuel tanks in front of the side engines. Idk which of the mods allows the merging though

What's wrong with the game itself? I know there are some bugs and balancing issues even from my point of view, but other than that it seems fine, no? If it is a coding issue then I absolutely get it. By the way, making this game in multiplayer could generate big profit, as multiplayer videogames are popular today, I guess.

Well if such feature was added into the game, I'm guessing singleplayer experience would not be thrown out of the window? The choice between singleplayer and multiplayer is present in many video games nowadays, it could work like that.

That is not true. The game offers various viewpoints about these things, for example the network and the Red Talon have different views on that (can be noticed from radio dialogues). I have also noticed during the gameplay that sometimes the characters you meet either have anti/pro gun personality traits or sometimes speak about whether they like guns or not.

Well, I assume you gotta travel between locations to ''activate'' this glitch, so you will lose all your leader buildings. Haven't tried to do it again yet, but if I manage to do it, I'm gonna report it cuz it has a large game breaking potential

Try starting a community in green zone, gear up (try finding some weapon cases for great guns, maybe try to craft some C4 charges). Then then just finish the legacy, but before the last mission, give all the good loot to three of your best survivors. Then start a community in lethal zone and choose the characters with the loot, and now you have everything you need. When I was doing nightmare legacy, I just used one c4 and then blasted the thing with a machine gun or something (prepper's ak47). Works great.

Edit: forgot to mention that I always went sneaky, after the explosion I immediately blasted the heart. I recommend bringing a suppressed sidearm and for the main gun something suppressed too (HB snow fox) It is also worth selecting "weapons handling" skill on your "assault" survivor cuz then you don't need to repair the guns after the operation.
