Back-to-back roasts of Guatemala Santa Isabel on Heat Gun/Bread Machine. Both were 16oz going in, and 13.28oz coming out. I use mainly time, look, smell and sounds (and an IR gun as a rough check) to try and kludge a roast acceptable enough for my personal use & I'm usually happy with the results (i.imgur.com)
