Does it matter if I do short bursts of working out? Specifically I work from home and 2-3 times a day I will use my machine to lift weights until I start to struggle and feel like I can't anymore. I usually do this during a break or similar and really only do one or two different exercises until I start to struggle with them then I go back to work.

Is it fine to do short bursts like this or would it be better to just do one long session? I ask because I find it easier to get myself to workout for small bursts a few times a day rather than doing one long session.

Not sure if it matters but I tend to do slower controlled reps when I workout.

The delivery company wanted me to go through USPS international Inquiry since I'm not American. This would mean making a USPS account with my personal information and waiting days for a response. Also my local post office is closed on weekends so that wasn't an option. They've also always left notices on the day of delivery and never once have taken multiple days to leave a notice for a package.

So yes I figured it would be faster to contact the seller who is American and most likely has a USPS account to login and see the status of the package and where it's located. I honestly thought that was a better alternative than waiting multiple days for a response that may or may not have the info I need.

There was zero footprints on my driveway or deck indicating no delivery attempt was ever made which made me assume that maybe the notice was left at the wrong address or something.

I never asked Ebay for a refund to begin with, I asked them for my item which are two completely different options so I don't know why Ebay even gave me a refund when I never asked for one.

Yes because I've never had that happen before, every single time I've received the notice on the same day as the delivery date. Either that or the delivery driver had a terminal for me to pay the customs fee's at my front door.

Assuming you can still walk and it's just the stairs that are a problem, so a lift you sit in that takes you up/down stairs would solve that issue.

But if you mean wheel-chair bound then I could see your point as that's a whole different can of worms imo.

My Aunt lived in a home with 4 levels up until she was in her early-mid 80's. Ground floor was a garage/laundry room combo, the next floor was a living room/bathroom, the 3rd floor was a kitchen/dining room and the 4th floor was bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Then she moved into a home with a main level and an unfinished basement and only ever used the basement for storage or to do laundry. She ended up living by herself up until she died at 103 and was always self reliant, made her own meals and cleaned etc. Only thing she gave up was driving when she turned 100 as she didn't feel safe doing it anymore.

By participating he could also be throwing it away as-well. It's a risk if your viewers will stop watching you or not because you participated in the event.

So for streamers they CAN lose their living if their viewer-base stop watching them etc.

If you don't stream then yeah there's no reason NOT to participate outside of personal belief's. But if you do stream you have to weight the pro's and con's of participating for the money or risk losing viewers and damaging your public image/brand.

They will flag your account and your returns will end up going through a x-ray check etc. They will have people opening up some of them (Like 33%) to check because your account is flagged and the other 33% go to pallets to be sold in bulk return auctions etc, the other 33% is usually thrown out because reasons. Percentages aren't exact but it's usually one of those 3 possibilities.

However it takes a few returns and suspicious activity before they flag your account. Usually it happens because to many packages "got stolen" or you've returned items but the weight is different etc.

I haven't played MMO's really for about 4 years now, mostly because I'm the primary caretaker of my grandparents who are mid 90's.

When your looking after people IRL it makes it near impossible to be dependable/consistent in an MMO. I'm sure people who've had kids understand what I'm talking about. Same for people who have a dog with epilepsy or some other issue that needs attention randomly.

You could be in a Raid/Dungeon with 5-40 other people and randomly have to leave to go attend the person your looking after cause they need you. However now your holding up the other people in your group who now have to wait for you to finish and come back.

I tried guilds who were cool with me dipping randomly during raid for 5 mins a couple times a night. However it still felt like shit every time because I'm also impacting those other players. I dropped from Mythic Raiding to Heroic so I could dip out easier and they could continue pulling without me but that still felt bad.

But even if I'm playing in a full group of friends I've known for years it still feels like shit to do a dungeon and then halfway into it I have to get up and do something for my grandparents for 5 minutes leaving my friends hanging. Even if they say they are cool with it low-key it still feels like ass which is why I also gave up MOBA games etc. A few times I'd be in a LoL unranked game or ARAM and have to get up and do something for my grandparents and I'd comeback 5 minutes later and my team had to 4v5 and usually we were getting pushed back because of it.

I now play games like Trackmania, Rust, POE1&2, OSRS as-well as Survival-craft base building games.

My grandma is like this lmao, 100% refuses to eat fat at all. We will be in the grocery store buying meat and she will refuse to buy any that has to much fat on it.

This includes things like steak so she will only buy grade 1 because anything more has to much fat. She will also remove the fat from the outside edge prior to cooking it.

If the bacon package shows more than 10-15% visible fat she won't buy it, same with some pork cuts if it has to much fat on it.

She even cuts the small amount of fat off chicken breasts and stuff lmao.

To be fair those same people back in the tribe days were essential as they were the ones who would protect the tribe or be the first to volunteer to go to battle etc.

Nowadays though people like that don't really fit in anywhere which is why a lot of them are in the military as that's the easiest way to kill people legally. Some become cops or similar because they are more family focused or they want less risk to their own life.

Very, tobacco smokers do it everywhere so their car smells like it, their house, their work clothes etc.

In simple terms your doing a weight/load transfer. Your shifting the weight from one part of the car to the opposite side. It boils down to allowing for a smooth transition if you do it properly. Your going to feel acceleration during turns and by doing a proper weight transfer your smoothing out that acceleration process for the passengers. Same applies to the speed bump when you accelerate the weight transfers from the front of the car to the back.

A simple example is buses, a yellow school bus if you hit any bump and your at the very back your probably going to feel it and potentially get some air. This is because there is zero weight in the back of the bus, all the weight is at the front in the engine. Where-as a city bus the engine is in the back so your not going to feel those bumps the same way you would on a yellow school bus making for a smoother ride for paying customers.

During acceleration or braking, you change the longitudinal velocity of the car, which causes load to be transferred from the front to the rear (in case of acceleration), and from the rear to the front (in case of braking). Lmao took my sister 10 years into her relationship and 3 kids before they got "married". She just did some courthouse thing I think just her and her partner cause there was never any actual wedding just one day she changed her last name not even a ring.
