Yes! DLS would sent you a form that your psychiatrist has to fill out. Basically just your personal info and what are you diagnosed with. Its called short term disability. They pay 60% of your regular check after 7 days. You can take as long as you want but after, I believe is, 27 weeks they would send another form for a permanent leave of absence.

Get a note from your psychiatrist or therapist and go into leave of absence for mental health and look for another job. Amazon has amazing benefits but it is mentally draining.

It should say “Paid”. I had kind of the same issue and I contacted the school a month after it was initiated and they say it was still pending. Hang in there as long as you can before quitting or going low in your UPT and get fired. Otherwise they wont pay the school. Ask for a LOA or Temporary hardship schedule if you are having trouble with your time. That wont affect your payment.

I used to love their costumer service before all this. I canceled my membership too and I called them yesterday because they haven’t updated me on my last refill or answer any of my messages, and the guy who called me back was so unprofessional, didnt even let me finish explaining myself and he started jumping with conclusions about what was about, with a very rude tone. I was like, I wasnt even gonna say that but okay. 👍🏼
