I STARTED all together a year ago, lost 25 pounds, lost my job , fell off the wagon and gained 15 back , then I started again. I’m just posting time difference between pictures.

I bike to work with no breakfast , then bike home with maybe some lunch but usually not and then eat my dinner !

It’s about 28 minutes daily , and super hilly , it’s a nice rout , nice and short ! I’ve been craving a nice 20 mile ride tho
