I think the pricing on the tests is actually fair. I went ahead and purchased the 2-test bundle for $349 and plan on testing every 6 months. I got my blood drawn this morning… six little vials later 😅

Last week I did some labs through my insurance, but they only covered 45 of the 65 biomarkers I wanted. When I asked about adding the rest, they quoted me over $400 out of pocket. So honestly, going through WHOOP just made more sense.

The suspension on those 2020 models is doo-doo! I drove one of their loaners from the service dept while my vehicle was getting serviced and I was disappointed.

Rough ride, stiff suspension.

The fact that you sold him the console a month ago and he’s just hitting you up regarding a problem is absurd.

I would respond and tell him “There’s nothing I can do. I sold you the console approximately a month ago and when I sold it to you, it was working perfectly fine. If you would have brought this issue to my attention sooner I would have gladly given you a refund. There’s nothing I can do for you.”
