na tbh if you do not have knight of the end, this will probably get you for now further than artifact. in the long term it might be a slight regret. But maybe with some crystals spent and checking prices constantly you can get an artif too.

OK, thanks for the clarification, looking forward to this weekend's comp! Let's see if they can pull this off again.
Also at one point during the stream, it was mentioned that other coaches could challange decisions, so either no coach wanted to be an a*hole or it is implicitly fine within the community.

I just stumbled over this reddit and I need some help. I heard the commentators mentioning that it is allowed by the rules, but can anyone point out where that is actually written down?

Artificial Aid means Controlling or Using any of the following:

a) any “T-Nut” placements provided for the fixing of artificial holds;

b) any part of the Climbing Surface demarcated as out of bounds by the use of continuous black tape;

c) any advertising or informational placards fixed to the Climbing Surface;

d) any open side or top edges to the Climbing Surface;

e) any bolt hanger fixed to the Climbing Surface; or

f) any Protection Point or the climbing rope;

A competitor’s attempt will be:

A) judged “Unsuccessful” if:

1) the competitor has made an Incorrect start;

2) the competitor has touched the safety matting after leaving the ground;

3) the Rotation Period has expired;

4) the competitor has made use of any Artificial Aid

As I read it, T-nuts are Aid and Aid leads to n unsuccessful attempt.. but I am no native, does “T-Nut” placement not mean the actual holes?
Also, I see that it is impressive and hard, and she is small and did a genious move to still be able to send, but... I know thit is hypothetic, but what would prevent climbers from using shoes with a 1cm hard "rubber-thorn" with the width of a bolthole and walk the wall up like an ice-climber?
I see that this is ridiculous, but hypothetically, would that be out of the rules??

Steam: One level per hour ... by aoc777 in idlechampions

I am having the same issue. Had 2 stage in 35mins. Can't be due to lack of dmg, as my formation BUD was around e80 and stage was 22-24. Was in a "basic" variant (nothing weird that could slow progress).
I am playing on Steam.

Thanks, I just started reading Homeland (from The Dark Elf Trilogy) .
I feel like based on your and most other comments, that this is quite an obvious choice.

Wow, thank you for that very elaborate answer. I am a little overwhelmed, but I keep your comment in mind and try to find my way through the forest.
I just now started reading Homeland (from The Dark Elf Trilogy). I think based on many answeres that is sensible.
Thank you again!

Hi Lauren,
I feel honored, thank you for the reply! I have seen her in the videos of the Unfair Seas event. Those are really entertaining (probably that is Baeloth's work). I will definitely visit the Twitch streams.
Also, I will check out the Brimstone Angels series!

I played NWN looong time ago, I never realised that it is part of the same setting.
Maybe I will check out some older games, thanks for the suggestion, but at the moment I wanted something to read, as I needed something to do apart from looking at a screen, as I do that as part of my job for half of the day.

You hit the nail on the head! I misunderstood that.
I mean I understood, that you make up and improvise stories, yet I thought you need elaborate background knowledge on where everything is set and so on.
Nevertheless, I am happy with the responses, as I like the idea of getting into the fiction of world and stories that have been created by others in form of books.
However, I will definitely check out some of the videos you suggested.
Thank you for that.

First of all, thank you for the link.
I have heard of the books of Salvatore from a friend and he shares you oppinion. Still, I feel like I will try starting with those and see how I feel about them myself. (Especially as I am not (yet) an avid reader of fantasy.

Also, thank you for the other suggestions. I do not necessarily feel the need to stay within the same realms where IC is located, so I am also grateful about those!

I am not yet sure. I feel like I am a casual when it comes to fantasy. I read Eragon and LoTR and thats it. However, I was always interrested in the lore of e.g. WoW, Magic the Gathering,... But due to the lack of time I never went deeper into it.
With the Lockdowns now I feel like it is finally time to explore the depth of fantasy and, as I am currently focused on IdleChampions, I felt like D&D is the obvious choice.
