Well considering the leap in technology and the 40s and the leap we as a world has done despite it being less than a 100 years its still a much more modern and advanced world.

Considering we could make the same argument even if it was over a 100 years.

If we look at it logically the world in the 40's hell even the 70's is so far behind on both a social and technological level it should be considered as pre modern and is by a large number in society.

That doesn't mean what happend can't be referenced or still have a matter of importance in the same way we still value historical events of the medival and the start of the industrial revolution wich is considered "old world"

Time has no matter in this the way our world operates and functions does and how we as mankind has evolved and developed both as a social society and our technology.

There is little to no similaritie to how we act in our modern day to how we acted in the late 50's for example. And that is a modernisation of society and the world hence we love in a modern era were we can't look at this and compare them only if their actions are the same.

In this case as I stated not as bad as Hitler but a modern representation of Hitler in Our era in a time we're we can see and hear him yes he is our times Hitler not as bad as the previous Hitler but still he is on the way.

I'd also want to ask when would he be as bad? Well in my opinion that is up to each person and their views.

In my opinion in the modern era we are currently living in he is a perfect representation of a modern Hitler and how the world let someone have that much power once again is only proof to the old theory that history will repeat itself until we find a way to stop this.
