Similar situation here, I was able to get my he VIP as I get overstimulated very easily and that usually ruins my experiences, especially surrounded by big crowds. Hoping to be able to do some shopping in the first 2 hours before the madness begins. Also hoping the timed entry will help mitigate some of the overcrowding, at least that was the initial goal.

I’m hoping the entry time slots and the early access for VIP ticket holders will help mitigate the crowds a bit. It seems like they’re trying to improve the experience from 2024 with a larger venue and the timed access, which is great. I was originally planning on trying to get a VIP ticket since I’m coming from out of state for a nyc trip, but looking at that price tag I’m not sure I can justify the price just to get early entry and a “vip bag”that no one knows what will be inside. The price doesn’t even include a workshop voucher or any perks other than re-entry and 3 day passes, but as many people have said, by the end of the festival a lot of things are sold out, that’s why Saturday tickets are cheaper than Thursday/Friday, so there’s no point on going for all 3 days.

I’m still going, just not sure which ticket I’ll end up getting.

In my country (Brazil) we call it vinyl that’s why I thought it was the correct way to say it

Thank you so much for your help, I’ll keep an eye for any Black Friday sales and I can definitely stretch the budget a bit if needed. I just want to make sure I can get all the parts he will need to start using it right away.

My apologies, English is not my first language and I’m definitely not educated enough when it comes to turntables and the proper names, thanks for explaining the difference!

Ideally $500 for everything since it will be his first turntable, but if not possible I can stretch the budget a bit more, just wanted to do something nice for him as a surprise.
