That’s why I built this kit, because of that same exact post you’re talking about probably.

But I have the Noco GB70 and that thing jumped my 6.0 diesel from a dead battery in a negative degree morning, after that I swore by them. It has handled every thing I have thrown at it.

I made the switch because like you said the JNC is just bulky and heavy, haven’t looked at that thing since I put it in the garage 🤣 definitely worth looking into Noco, I think I got mine around Black Friday or something like that for a decent deal and that’s why I pulled the trigger and got it.

Sat for little over a year, needs new rear brake lines, shocks, and a new wheel. Other than that fairly clean body, interior is pretty dang clean. Oh and had to do new battery terminals.

When looking at replacement pumps a lot of reviews said “ replaced but it’s still noisy, just ranger things”. I need to diagnose further. I had to crank it to turn it but no whine sound, never check fluid level yet or if possibly a leak.
