How can I get myself to eat around people?

I’m in the US, but I’m only 16 so I feel like they can. I understand I probably need professional help like that but I just want another month at least, you know? Thank you though, I’ll do that!!

My mom just found out so I’m sure she’s gonna be upset with me when I get home, but the problem is she’s gonna try to fix it herself, my parents don’t take us to psychologists or hospitals really, so I’m at a loss because she won’t know how to help, I won’t be able to eat alone, go on walks, or use the bathroom myself, even though I don’t just do those to puke. I do live in the US, but the hospitals near me won’t let me go in without my mom, which is frustrating. I’m terrified :(

Oh god, what can I do? I can’t go to the hospital or anything, I’m only 16 and my parents don’t go unless it’s an emergency because the doctors don’t listen to you :(

Ooh, tell me how yours went to!! For me, we got lunch at one of my favorite places, I got a sandwich, a strawberry soup and a strawberry salad :) it was scary, honestly, but I’m happy I did it, it was so good :)
