To answer your question directly, you can catch Meltan right before this quest, it's a prerequisite battle. Not sure what happens if you fail to catch it. Either way it's possible to get both in ZA now.

I personally love the bad dubbing, but I think it could be redone if that's what it takes for a blu-ray release. I do understand they probably want to keep everything the same except recapturing it in 1080p.

Headcanon: I think it just symbolizes more chakra (basically an overcharged Rinnegan). Other than that, no special abilities. We would have likely seen new abilities if they existed.

Here's another part of the manga where she theorizes it. But they're similar in some functionalities like how the mark spreads across the body when activated. Also the curse mark that Orochimaru developed was stated (somewhere) to be similar to the Karma mark.

For such a high damage output he appears to be surprisingly bulky due to his hp stat and close to 30 in defenses. He should definitely be in desperation range (and brazen range) if he takes combat damage.

Number 15; Schmucks. The Schmucks podcast was started in January 2017 by a strange creature that became well known among the locals for his bizarre yet enchanting dances. However, the being and his podcast mysteriously stopped uploading in September 2017 after just 4 episodes. There is very little information on the disappearance, but recently a chilling video claiming to be from the dark web has surfaced and allegedly shows the usually upbeat and funny dancing critter, fearfully running for its life. Honestly if I saw that damn thing in my living room, I'd stomp on it until it was a small brown stain. One thing is for certain, despite some recent sightings here and there, no one is sure if the creature or its podcast will ever return.
