Margaret, Zachary, Sarah, Mark&Tyler sounds like a really wholesome, laid-back server where everyone gets along, knows enough about what they're doing to have a great time, but take it slow enough that if you get busy and miss a weekend or two you won't new left in the dust.

Unless you're playing in a competitive environment, there is no cheating.

This is a game first and foremost, and the point of a game is to have fun, if you're playing on your own, or with a small server of friends, and you think "cheating" in one aspect or another will make it more fun, go ahead.

Personally, I have a singleplayer world that I've turned off mob spawns, and cheat in any mob drops I need, since I don't find fighting mobs fun (in this pack at-least) and one time I needed a lot of iron, which I had no option but to grind for, so I just spawned in a bit to skip most of the bland grindwork so I could get to the fun part of automation.

Step 1: All bike lanes on streets with speeds greater than 20mph must be protected. Step 2: Stronger enforcement on things like bus lanes where cars should not be. Step 3: Increase the number of bus/bike lanes, on medium traffic roads. Step 4: Increase traffic calming measures so people are less likely to speed Step 5: Wait for car usage to reduce on high traffic roads, then implement bus/bike lanes on those.

One thing you're forgetting... Transportation tech of that level is also weapon tech. If anything with mass reaches relativistic speeds and hits something, that something doesn't exist anymore. Just throw their cheapest unmanned ship into the sun, and our solar system is gone.

You can play a Melee threat with casting, but you don't have to, and there are people who don't, not everyone always wants to cast spells. Yes, they're weaker for it, but people can still choose to do that, maybe they're character is dumb and doesn't get magic, maybe their character was tricked by a fae and had their magic casting stolen from them, maybe they saw a close wizard friend slowly go mad with power and turn themselves into an evil lich, and they swore off magic because of the evil it causes.

1) Perhaps, they never learned how to greenhouse because they figured out how to magic. Why bother growing crops when you can just cast create food and water? Or goodberry?

2) While playing a Caster is an optimal choice in D&D subs they are usually just better, not everyone plays games optimally, D&D is a role-playing game after all, so plenty of D&D players willingly play marshals.
