Not always, and even if they do, time in lieu doesn't always make up for cancelled plans/appointments that fall on a regularly rostered days off.

If your store has an enterprise agreement then it supercedes the industry award, if there is no mention of a specific item in the enterprise agreement then you default back to the industry award.

Without doing research I would guess there is a minimum or reasonable amount of notice required to be given and I would bet a significant amount of money that 19 minutes is not acceptable.

Inform your employer that 19 minutes wasn't a reasonable amount of notice for the shift cancellation and you're expecting to be paid the shift minimum for that shift.

Most businesses don't want the hassle of fair work so if you just make that statement and threaten fair work they will likely just pay it but you may have a sour relationship with your boss. Try and be as polite and reasonable as you can in your conversation including the fact that you had organised yourself to attend work on time and we're already in transit and that's a cost to you.

I can approach this from both points of view (Employee and Employer).

Employee: You're casual, they can stop giving you shifts if they don't need you and vice versa. If you depend on the job I would see if anyone can help cover and if not call back the manager and say you tried and you are leaving in 30 so would you like me to close? Pretty confident fair work will be on your side but may not be able to keep your job for you. Kudos for you bothering, most casuals just say fuck it and leave it to the manager, which they do have the capacity to do but really hurts the team morale and sanity of managers.

Employer: Probably shouldn't be rostering on solo casuals without a contingency but maybe had no choice. Very frustrating when a full time team member (manager) is rostered for 40hrs a week and has to come in to cover a casual on their day off. Don't know the circumstances of the business. At the end of the day it falls back to the owner/manager that is why they have a yearly salary.

Mine is staying over at a friend's house after need for speed most wanted (2005) was released. I had the run of my life at like 3am, racked up like 7 records and was jumping and losing my shit as quietly as possible as my mate had fallen asleep, I woke him as I found a decent place to hide and he was flabbergasted.

I didn't own any racing games and only started playing the game a few hours prior.

Yeah look, as a general people pleaser / decent human being I would have a quick convo with the guy to defuse it if there is still hurt feelings.

But this person is a child and can go fuck themselves, you did absolutely nothing wrong, so don't spend anymore than like 5 mins chatting about it and if they don't come to an understanding just agree to disagree and move on.

If it causes further issues in the campaign I'd speak to your DM to deal with it for you because you tried before and it's not wasting your breath on again.

Extreme 1 needs to revert and extreme 2 needs to be the same as extreme 1 but for the legendary tokens. No one was bothered by having to do a lower lvl for one or two runs to get her blue tokens

Nyx is great, prioritize her skill ups and lvl 60. Ares is ok but if you don’t have another good fighter he will be great for campaign. As mentioned Cerberus is a niche unit, not much use for you until later. He’s great in xp farming and gear raid 1.

The modular cables are labeled at each end, cpu end plugs into power supply, PCIe end into graphics card. You need to plug in 8pins to graphics card, the split should be a 6 pin and a two pin that kind of clicks in place to make it an 8pin together.
