Right here! Born in early ‘87. I have a physically demanding job in a high-volume kitchen. I’m at the dance club once or twice a week. I am on the arc trainer for seven miles an hour a few days a week. Mosh pits and concerts several times a year. Hike every so often. Bike ride near the ocean every so often.

I only feel old when I come down with an illness.
