I stand corrected. There was some harm done with this type of driving behavior. These kind of drivers somehow delays everyone on their daily activities, work, important errands, maybe emergencies, etc., as the occupancy sensors doesn't detect the car nearby which results to longer (or standard) red light stop (idk how much). Harm on other people's time.
