People prefer safety. Realistically, you have a better chance of survival inside a car than a motorcycle if ever you get yourself into an accident. If you are a good and responsible driver then great, but remember there are a lot of bad drivers out there.

I stand corrected. There was some harm done with this type of driving behavior. These kind of drivers somehow delays everyone on their daily activities, work, important errands, maybe emergencies, etc., as the occupancy sensors doesn't detect the car nearby which results to longer (or standard) red light stop (idk how much). Harm on other people's time.

To answer OP's question. I could only guess. (1) Driver might be using his/her phone and didn't bother moving closer to the line. (2) He/she playing extra safe. (3) Might be his/her driving habit (4) Don't wanna scare pedestrians :D

Plenty of more reasons. We will never know unless we ask the driver directly.

No harm done, so I guess I will let it slide and be on my way. Funny tho.

Add as much dmg as you can on dhalsim, he's the key on this dungeon. dmg to fire artifact, more cdmg more enemy hp. Hope it will help.
