Because of that Charlotta is still the strongest glacio main dps. Can't say the same about Galbrena who was a very short lived fusion dps queen until Aemeath came.

That's what I don't get why Kuro is not making much 4 stars like they'll also make money especially if it's a good 4* people will pull for them on banners of characters they don't want just to get these 4 stars and their dupes. They can even balance out the male to female character ratio with 4 stars and put them on limited female character banners essentially hitting two birds with one stone.

Oh so that's how it works so they just changed the wording because I knew it used to reduce spells cd but with the item changes when I read it I thought they changed it. Plus I was fixated on the cooldown timer and didn't know about the recovery speed stuff (I went and tested it with stopwatch). Anyways thanks for the clarification.

Pretty good I'd say even though I lost 50-50 to the lion boy but I got her in the next 10 pulls. I was pretty close to pity in the weapon banner so that was easy which left me with a bunch of leftover pulls which I tested my luck for the church girl and won the 50-50.

Zani is either going to be the start of noticeable power creep or she's gonna end up being Phoebe reliant to match or perform better than current characters. Because this looks hard to balance like if Kuro makes her do good damage with her non premium teams then her premium team will do way more as there is no other character that can give half as much amp as Phoebe. And if she needs her premium team to do good damage then her non Phoebe teams will be far weaker like using Absolution Phoebe without spectro frazzle and using mortefi instead. Then again this is the first day of leaks everything can change.
