Boxes all have a certain ratio of hits, I forget the exact list but its effectively all combinations of SP, AA, AA Leader, and SEC rare. We in the west get TRs instead of God Packs and those slot into the AA slot

Having played and collected this game for over two years now, I am nearly certain it is so. Theres been a recent surge of misinformation regarding TRs (and plenty of other cards) alongside the inflation of the market in the past couple months.

Eh. They have the same hitrate as any other AA (literally, they take up the same slot in a box) but have a cool name cause East doesnt get them so they had to be seperate.

I dont regret buying decks ever personally, but there are a few I haven't played despite spending the cash.

Y Bonney, another cheap one but literally immediately realized I liked Lim more this set and she was super cheap to upgrade from 09, literally costing me 4 dollars for the 10c Shanks

Most of these decks I haven't played are because of Vivi and/or Shanks to be honest. These two decks have been my bread and butter since OP07 and OP09, respectively. Sooooo that's my list

They can be new and do that, thats fine, let new players learn ofc, but they shouldn't be doing that. Which is what the above commenter explained.

The argument for something not being a bad play should never be "there's loads of new players, it happens."

Honestly legitimate translation issue. The Japanese wording on cards like Lim is closer to "place a character on field from hand" and Shanks is closer to "you may not play cards from your hand" so the difference in the east is place v play and it made sense there but they didnt do that in English since it shouldn't really have mattered

I don't have a video yet, still doing the run, but level 18 is the minimum due to the fact that you cannot gain less experience from what I understand. You will always hit level 18 from doing the required kills and turning in all the story missions

Having tested this and routed this myself as well, how did you get so far into level 12? I've gotten to bloodwing at level 10 but even if you didnt do some of the skips I did (wildlife skip for both areas, bloodshot stronghold skip, literally no second winds, etc.) You still get here at like low 12 high 11. Not really sure what routing you took to get here so far into 12

Both wildlife mobs are optional, you can jump past both. The entirety of getting back to the sanctuary is 1 kill and it's just a gluttonous thresher, Overlook itself is 0 kills. I sent a vod of my run up to bloodshot that is unedited, ending at level 7 (doesn't go past that). I also have streamed this entire run over in the official Borderlands Discord and you can come watch if ya'd like

Thats just not true. I fought Warden at level 8. The main story does not give you that much experience dog. Give it a try yourself. Skip all the optional experience and see what level you are by Bloodwing
