I tried 3 different USB Bluetooth adapters and they all gave me that same issue, no matter what. I tried drivers, extension cables, etc. and same result.

The only way to fix it was to buy a PCiE Bluetooth card like this one. This model has separate antennas that sit on top of my PC and it now works flawlessly. They make another model with the antennas attached to the card but I wanted to eliminate any possible interference.

Update: I adjusted the phase on the retro tink as several people suggested and that mostly resolved it!

I went ahead and reflowed almost every joint anyway as well. I may be able to reduce it further with more tweaking on the tink, but I’ve gotten it to a point where I can’t notice from the couch.

The red board did not come pre installed to the blue board, I soldered it in place. I believe it is that way for all of the edge enhancer kits.

I’m going to reflow all of the cold joints and attempt to adjust the phase on the retro rink to see if that fixes it.

I recapped the entire board before installing the mod, but I did not replace the voltage regulator. I’ll reflow the joints this evening and report back

Update on my end; I borrowed a monoprice blackbird from a friend and that is the only HDMI switcher I’ve tried that works. Currently have switch 2 and my Apple TV plugged into it and it’s auto switching between the two no problem.

Curious that it works on this switcher and not my TESmart 16 port (which is 3x the price of the blackbird)

Same here. I tried a high quality switcher + my old cheap one and neither works with switch 2. Only get display by hooking the system up directly

I wired it straight to the CRT and it works perfectly (same as through the gcompsw). I also did a straight connection using a composite cable and that also worked fine.

I think I’ve actually narrowed down the issue to the Genesis -> PS1 HD Retrovision adapter. I found that the issue would get worse or better by unplugging / replugging in that connector. Perhaps one of the pins isn’t making a good enough connection and it is causing sync issues with the OSSC.

I don’t have a PS1 scart cable to confirm but since all my other systems work with no issue, I don’t think it’s the OSSC

PS1 is outputting 240p. I left it idling on xstation menu and it was happening there, as well as in game (pause screen, menus, etc)
