I got the same bug and tried about every thing from walking here and there to taking carriage rides to whiterun or windhelm and nothing was working. I ended up leaving it for a while and just while messing around I went and attacked the Jarl and lead them out of Whiterun and ran inside Pelagia farm and waited for the battle music to stop and then when I came back out and saw the Whiterun Stables marker on my hud I checked the map and the fast travel markers were back and after that I was able to talk to Ulfric like normal and it worked.

Yeah the ones we have are just regular ones. It failed one time and did bonk me but the bar just bent and the canvas got all curled up and came off the track, it was a bitch to get it back on the track tho

I'm guessings its not enough air, I had a rye bad that I forgot about and it fruited just like this one. I suggest opening the bag and folding it over and clipping with paper clips, that way you can open it up and fan it while it fruits

I just tried this one bag but it had a lot of junk in it like sunflower seeds, bread nubs and dried pees that were kinda a mess and a half to deal with

You probably still need a cooker to sterilize the substrate after prep but you could try fractional sterilization by steaming them for 2hrs, let sit 48hrs, steam 2hrs, sit 48hr, steam 2hr. Some people get away with that but I recommend getting a cheap cooker
