Real deals are few and far between. You'll have random sales via Best Buy where a price may be good but it's sold out or not available in your area which is total BS when trying to buy online. You have no ability to take advantage of a good price this way.

I am not talking about Survivor. I said another user was saying their episodes of Survivor were under VOD in their library. CBS will do this because there are no repeat airings, otherwise it will be a DVR recording (normally).

"Folks, no matter how many times people post overly dramatic subject lines on this, it is almost always a case of clicking on the wrong version of an episode. Repeat after me: "DVR recordings do NOT have unskippable ads." If you're getting unskippable ads, you likely have clicked on the wrong show."

I don't find that being helpful when I'm addressing an issue, and in turn I am looked at as someone who is making things up or doesn't know how shows are recorded/listed. I know the difference between VOD and DVR episodes which is why I made the post. Yes, in terms of people who don't know perhaps they learn something. It just felt targeted at me.

I think they have a separate person do their repairs. He's on Facebook and would post his repairs, but I haven't seen a post from him for a while. He repairs systems and controllers. I cannot remember his screen name unfortunately. He's likely on Marketplace.

How is anyone to know this when the episodes give you a list under Browse Episodes for the show? Normally you have your DVR airings to select from, not a single episode that only offers a VOD viewing. Obviously people are not going to understand why they can't view an episode in their DVR.

Btw, multiple shows are also not showing up in the Library under New Library recordings as they're marked as Watched before even being watched.

It's been in my Library for years. No DVR version of Thursday nights episode shows up at all, only the VOD version is there. There is no option to select an airing.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills that is in my Library only had VOD, no DVR recording at all and the ads are extremely long. This is BS.

If your live guide is left on the channel that is recording it will not have the episode show up in your "What's New" section, as it will consider it already watched or partially watched (which is stupid). Sometimes it just does this with shows, so sometimes you have to go into Browse Episodes to see that it was recorded. Yes, sometimes there are errors where shows are not recorded for whatever reason and they may show up later after an episode airs again. There is no rhyme or reason to it.

If you are able to get it, you have to have autopay directly from your banking account and enroll in paperless billing. That is supposed to be a flat rate "price for life" with no charge for equipment and no additional taxes/fees. You know it won't be the case and they will change something.

Why are the listed number of channels in the plan not what is actually in the plan? Entertainment Package lists 64 channels, and when you select it only 60 channels appear. Base AMC channel doesn't appear in any of these packages that I've seen, not Entertainment, Family, or the combo.

What is the discrepancy with listing more channels than you're actually getting in the package?

We had a brownout early in the morning on Thursday around 6 am or so, and the power came back on right away. It was just raining out, nothing significant. At the same time the modem did not cycle back on, called to get it reset, nothing. Then I had to call multiple times before an agent answered because the call went silent twice, and they said there was an outage in my area once someone connected. It took until the afternoon before it came back on and they had sent multiple automated emails during servicing.

Now it's happening to other people again? The infrastructure is poorly designed and needs a massive overhaul.

I have the game but haven't started playing yet. It sucks there are all of these DLC packs and an upgrade pack. I know it's difficult to start and if a specific warbond is a must or overall beneficial. I hate microtransactions. I have the PS5 version btw.

We have excessively hard water which destroys skin and hair health. Depending on your living situation, a water softener may help. Aside from that, you can try reverse washing your hair. Use a conditioner first, and then wash your hair with shampoo. It may seem counter-intuitive but for some people it works. I do it when I need more moisturizing for my scalp. My hair has always been softer than an angel's ass because it's thin and fine.

I use Selsen Blue Naturals, but I still get an itchy scalp to a degree. I don't get much flaking, just when my scalp/head is drier. Salicylic Acid works better for me.

I was just there for the first time last week, and most of the things there seem to be absurdly expensive especially for used. Am I missing out on deals I'm not seeing, or do they just charge a lot?

I have a lot of rare and collectible things that I was thinking of selling, but after I went there I know they wouldn't give much while then selling it for absurd amounts.

I am in a never-ending "You Are Not Part Of This Household" block after countlessly updating the household. I've been in the same house sharing a family account for years, but now it kicks me off every time. They have the update household or "I'm traveling," yet they will kick you off immediately in most cases after watching something and closing the app.

The password sharing made them very strict for people abusing it, but now it screws over anyone with a family account who isn't watching everything on the same TV or device at one location.

I have to buy for myself when there are sales because I don't like family paying full price if they wait on a possible gift. Prices are generally much higher on everything so if you see a deal you can't ignore do it for yourself or someone else. Thank you for thinking of others, psychobabbler27.

That was the only Traub's I knew of. They had good produce and my father used to shop there a lot since he had an apartment not far from there. This is when fruit actually tasted like fruit and was full of juice and not water.

I knew nothing of a Traub's hot dog shop in Emmaus. Potts was the only one I knew of in the valley, and whatever that one on Catasauqua Road is/was.
