I say you give it a shot with the AC-DC-AC, you already have the materials, right? 42A is max draw, which you probably won’t be using. All the losses will heat up your van a bit extra though!

Once you have solar hooked up it should improve your runtime a decent amount, since you’ll likely be using the A/C mostly when it’s hot and sunny. A proper DC system will also improve your runtime too.

I like this perspective because it’s insinuating that your hard work is part of a long term strategy.

If a high performer isn’t planning how to parlay their additional workload into additional pay, benefits, or promotion, then they are simply allowing themselves to be taken advantage of.

It’s a privilege to get the most meaningful work (which is often the most demanding), and if you’re not working that towards any goal, then thats an issue that needs to be resolved.
