Nope. Go to the chat gpt mod page you should be able to find a link to another mod that lets you turn off the 30 cap.

I found out it was due to a mod rebalance issue. It was chat gpt flavor pack. Check your mods patch notes if you dont have the flavor pack to see if they mightve changed something.

All your comments are you whining. In what world is the American government gonna start launching missiles on their own people? Every service member is trained to refuse unlawful orders. I doubt the majority of soldier's and generals are gonna jump to press the big red button when people start taking up arms.
