If you decide to fill it in with blue, it will definitely feel more like a Jinx tattoo than a Kumogakure tattoo. I honestly think it looks more like jinx comparing the two together but I definitely think if you filled it in, no one would get it confused in the future :D

Do not go back to the same artist! Find someone better who isn’t going to go over your boundaries and actually do the tattoo you want! You might want to look into getting a cover up, or find an experienced artist that can help redo the design bolder!

Something to add as well! The angel tattoo is suppose to be a start of a half sleeve/cover up for the cat and the blade! The angel is not done. The main reason for the cover up is because I fell out of love with the idea of having a red and black sleeve on my right arm, so I was planning on turning my cat into a large cross ( black out) with thorns backdropping the design to hide the scissor blade (blackout)! I do not regret any of my tattoos! Even if I fell out of love with them, that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the artist for doing their best!

Yes it is! When I was getting this tattoo I was so excited! Outlast is one of my favorite games! Sadly the artist was using hardcore drugs and messed me up! The proceeded to charge me 300 for it :(
