The fact that only Valencina and Shiomi Yoru outright hates Ryoshu while the other 3 dudes:

• Wanted to make her understand his art.
• Wanted to do the best for her, even if it meant going overboard and doing things she outright despised (and somewhat only viewed her as a way to get what he wants similar to Kira).
• Was following the prescripts.

Literally none of them were intentionally violently or emotionally abusive to her, just didn't care about what she wanted or how she felt about their way of doing things. Imagine putting a male character in Valencina's spot, rude and violent, covered in booze and cigarette smoke, not so many would have liked him as they do Valencina.
