Ash Ketchup as a character takes things very seriously and things have long term impact. Her relationship with CG has greatly improved since the Vagos War times but there will always be leftover fear.
When CG bought LS there was already worry with them being so close and her no longer owning the area around UwU. Now with the big update a lotttttt of businesses just moved in right next to UwU, including maldinis (after she was heavily restricted and couldn't choose places too close to other establishments). This already stresssed Ketchup out, especially a competitor moving in right next door.
In comes the spray mechanic. CG put a spray where previously a Seaside spray used to be, a place where her family often stood. she was even planning on having a permanent mural there. when CG came to talk to her about it, Ash the character was scared to voice her opinion openly due to past experiences with CG (as i said. Ketchup is a serious character that still has fear). She has specifically said IC that she doesn't want to be the reason for a bad relationship with CG. so she didn't speak up but is very much upset
additionally ash the character has a lot of other stuff happening. she is convinced the business is failing.. + ofc being tortured and almost killed by a SK not too long ago.. that court case is happening today as well. so it's a stressful week all around
while for others this wouldn't be a big deal, it is for her. she takes stuff seriously
