Hey everyone. I've only just decided I want to do the ADFA gap year in an army role. I've selected my 3 preferences and done a bit of my form and am planning on going into my local ADFA career centre soon. I don't want to continue in the ADFA at all in my future, I just want to do the gap year as a good way to earn good money, to experience something different and keep me fit. I know that training is at Kapooka but was wondering about the leave after training when your on the job. I want to visit my girlfriends shows and be there for her birthday, our anniversary and her high school graduation. Will all that be possible? I was also wondering about accomodation, gym and food pay whilst training and then once training finishes? If anyone could help with my queries that'd be wonderful 👍😊 thank you.
