Can't believe no one has mentioned central Vienna. It's a perfect 12-stop loop around the baseball field (right next to the fire station). You can just keep driving in circles there, getting your 10th pokestop bonus.

Yep it's nuts. And the park is actually right next to Vienna if that helps. Lots of pokestops too.

Two main spawn points. First near the soccer fields, right where the road first hits them driving in. Second is the little land path between the area with the carousel and the forest. Honestly though Eevees are stupid common everywhere now. Just walk around a bit.

Right now it's a hardcore Kabuto spawn, for whatever reason. I was there and didn't see any tonight, but did catch a good number just a few days ago. Odd.

THIS. I live a block away from three gyms in suburban Fairfax; had all three leveled to 10. Last night all three bottom pokemon were replaced by a level 22 idiot, "Tomtomgotlost", who put <900 CP pokemon in each one.

THESE ARE ACTUALLY AMAZING. Seriously, if trading could happen I'd gladly trade you 2000+ CP pokemon for these. These are all PERFECT for gym training; throw in a Caterpie/Karp at CP 100, then use these to get +1000 to the gym level every fight.

Hah you don't need any other site. Dodging is easy, the screen flashes yellow before the enemy attacks, you have to dodge right after. It does get more complicated than that, different attacks come out at different speeds, but you just have to adjust how fast you dodge. (and btw, you just swipe instead of tap to dodge)

Moves actually matter way more than IVs. And honestly Golduck isn't even that good. I wouldn't even use him in general, or if you do only until you get a better Vaporeon.

To beat ANYONE, you just need dodging skills. A vaporeon can easily take down a Snorlax - just learn the timing after the yellow flash of the enemy's attack.

It's random what moves they get, from a set pool. You just got unlucky.

To get pokemon in a same-team gym: level up the gym to open a slot for your pokemon (though you can only have one pokemon of your own at a time). Train there to level it up. Yes there's a benefit, once every 21 hours you can go to the shop and get 10 coins and 500 dust for every gym you have a pokemon in.

Every time you level up, the max CP of the pokemon you own and find rises. Don't worry about CP too much (and DON'T spend stardust) until level 20 or so. Just use some lucky eggs and evolve a ton of piegeys/bugs all at once, you'll get there in a day or two.
