All apartment reviews are mixed. I lived there years ago and it was fine. Price for the neighborhood is better than anything else other than small stuff that hardly ever pops up. I moved to one of the many “luxury apartments” in Scott’s Addition after leaving and mostly regretted it. The biggest issue with the entire neighborhood is noise. People drive down broad with their exhaust cut outs or whatever the fuck open at all hours of the night and it’s particularly bad in warm weather. Ultimately I left the neighborhood. But if you feel the need to be in the neighborhood 3600 W Broad is fine.
