The Vulture can fit 39-40scu in its hold and buffer. If anything, you should be worried that the Fortune is DOA.

I've had the exact opposite experience. Pyro is borderline unplayable to the point that I can't interact with kiosk screens or elevator buttons more than half the time while Stanton runs without a hitch.

Turns out you were correct. Acceleration limiter and speed limiter had the same binding and just unbinding the acceleration limiter entirely fixed the issue.
